To begin the registration process before handover, we require the following documents:

• A copy of the new keeper’s passport
• A utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Confirmation of full payment

Once these documents are received, your van is usually ready for collection within two weeks.

Final payment must be made by SEPA bank transfer to VanDe Ltd. before the vehicle can be allocated. This timeframe also gives you the opportunity to coordinate with your bank to ensure a smooth handover.

You will need to arrange your insurance prior to collecting the vehicle.

At collection, we provide:

• A C.T. PLUS PROVISOIRE MATRICULATION plate fitted to the van
• Proof of application for the Carte de Grise in your name

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your permanent Carte de Grise to arrive.
